JAM is led by Nathan Franks — chef, operational director, and people-focused leader — with over 35 years' experience across the contract catering sector, from independent businesses to major corporates. Nathan brings extensive expertise in operational delivery, food, and service excellence, including more than a decade at director level managing operations with turnovers exceeding £50m.
Nathan's focus has always been on maximising value from every pound spent — whether delivering within tight budgets or creating truly experiential food and service offerings. By fully understanding your goals and aspirations, JAM provides tailored support to help you achieve them.
